Today, we're going to make fresh and chewy rice noodle from scratch. It is not hard and doesn't use many ingredients. All you need are: Rice four, tapioca starch, oil, and water. You'll love it.
The recipe for rice noodle batter is:
1 cup of rice flour
1/2 cup of tapioca starch
1 and 1/2 cup of water. The ratio for flour and water is 1:1 ratio.
You will need a steamer or some kind of support to steam in a pan. Baking pan is best for making noodle sheets because it is thin and faster to heat ad cool down. After making noodle sheets, you can cut them to any size you like and add any sauce or broth you want. Enjoy!
