Atta 250 gm
Salt To taste
Oil 2 Tbs
Rawa 25 gm
For Bhaji ( Poori masala )
Ingredients Qty
Potato 2 no
Onion 1/2 no
Tomato small 2 no
Green chilli 1 no
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Coriander chop 1 tbs
Oil 2 tbs
Jeera whole 1/4 tsp
Kasturi methi 1 pinch
Jeera powder 2 pinch

Always add hing, ajwain (omum seeds)and kalonji seeds, jeera seed while making dal, potato, all lentils after the mustard sputters on low flame. These three items helps in digestion. And always never turn the Puri more than once as then it tends to absorbs more oil. As one grows older certain changes have to be made in cooking but using these new techniques helps health wise. Chef my apologies for interfering but then these are not taught in culinary schools but life’s teaching
