On this video learn my take on this tasty and popular potato dish. The secret in great bhajia dish is in the gram flour which you can't substitute with wheat flour and get same results. Hope you enjoy yours when you make some.
I tried out this recipe yesterday, it was so simple and easy to follow. My bhajias turned out great considering it was my first time to cook them. I literally felt like a professional cook 😄. Thanks for recipe, I can't wait to prepare other dishes for my family using your recipes
I love your videos because we are not just mixing ingredients, we are taught why we actually add or use a particular ingredient and why we should chop this way or do something that way, love it!
Thank you chef Raphael, but could you please give us the amount of the quantities you used like how much gram flour, how much of the rest of the ingredients used.
Asante sana Raphael, this is so easy to follow. My fear would have been how much oil is retained in the bhajias? Can I throw them in the oven once they're 1/4 cooked?
Thanks Chef Raphael for another great recipe! I always thought gram flour was from green grams or ndegu, I guess you learn something new everyday, huh?
This came at the right time planned on making bhajias over the weekend and this gave me the best tips, thanks @chef raphaela you the best,to ask where can I get the gram flour?
Chef you should be answering questions from your fans in the comments section bwana.. Also hiyo mafuta yote how do you preserve it after usage ama Ni kudispose??
Dessie you can use the oil until you see it’s making your food dirty(when it becomes dark in color). You should sieve any solids from foods to increase the time you use it. What other question do you have?
For me l boil milk with ketepa tea leaves and some tea masala, when it boils u add equal amount of water like for the milk, let it boil again, then ur gud.
