You!!! You!! You are my everything! I use to have a grandmother who did this but for the past 30 yrs she's been with our creator so I've settled for what I could find at Publix or walmart. Mrs. Gina, I was a cook in a rehab hospital back in the late 80's and early 90's. I have to be honest with you back then, cooking was not my passion and I got out of it ( even though they say I was a very good cook). Now, some 17 or more years later I watched several of your videos (meatloaf and potato salad) and your enthusiasm, combined with the fact that you put alot of flavor into your recipes, has stirred up a desire in me to get back into it. You and I make potato salad exactly the same, Gina! Even to the boiling of the eggs with the potatoes, with only one exception, I top mine with bacon bits that I fry and drain well. Dill weed too boot! Tastes so good, WhooWee!

Mrs. Gina, This is exactly how I make my potato salad. I use green bell peppers instead of chopped celery. I'll use celery seeds in place of the chopped celery. I also dice my onions up finely and I top mines with slice eggs on top & sprinkle with smoked paprika and parsley as the decorations. My potato salad only last one day during the holidays. I just love your humble spirit. Continue to spread the love with your gift of cooking. :O) Blessings!

You are up so early. Maybe you could do some Breakfast foods sometimes this early in the morning. Coffee, biscuits w/ sausage gravy, hashbrowns, pancakes, omelets, waffles, cinnamon rolls, etc.... Love your channel. My mama used to even make homemade syrup. Thank you for cooking delicious foods.

@@dorisjones7036 I hadn't thought of pimentos I will add them too, I do add a little apple cider vinegar, also use home canned zucchini relish, it's sweet so no need for sugar, I also add mine when potatoes are hot also saves time waiting for them to cool I find the mayo and other ingredients go into the potatoes better, I once made it when I cooled the potatoes in the fridge and my family wouldn't eat it LOL

Hey Gina I gave you a thumbs up because I welcome different ways of doing things. I make a great potato salad although I have never tried garlic in it or salt well I don't generally cook with salt
