Ingredients (Yield ~ 70-75 candies)
Sugar- 1 cup (200grm)
Homemade Glucose Syrup-3 tbsp (60ml)
Water-1/3 cup or {5 Tbsp +1 tsp} (75ml)
Citric acid - 1/2 tsp
Green food colour (Optional) - 2 to 3 drops
Raw mango Essence -1/4 tsp (or Pinepple/orange/Mango/Lemon)
Jaljeera - 2 tbsp (or use Chaat Masala or sherbet powder)
