谢谢🌹介绍的很详细,蛋黄出油率很高👍 我的做法类似,只是有点不同,我是将蛋滚白酒后,直接滚幼细盐,然后用保鲜膜包裹,放瓶子里封盖,效果不错,可以尝试。

Mmm, I am going to make salted eggs today. I have cleaned and dried the eggs, now they are enjoying an hour of sunbathing. After this follow the rest of the steps and store them in the jar. Pray that it will turn out oily and flaky...

I love salt egg I use to put it to steam on top of the rice when cooking dry down rice I use to eat it fish and black bean the fish in black bean is also saltee

Hello, anyone tried it and the salted eggs turn out successful? Enquiring, as I tried and left them in the brine for 36 days, but they still didn't turn out looking like salted eggs.....lol. Maybe I should try it 9ne more round to see if it works?

I’m using the budget (cheap) salt. Normally I’ll throw away after used. If you want to reuse, must bring to full boil and cool down before use. Thank you for your support~ 🥰❤️❤️

如果是要做月餅,把醃好的蛋,只取蛋黃,冷凍起來,要用時再解凍即可!

Telur masin yg paling bagus di Penang.. Sedap di makan , lain hari saya tak paya pi kedai beli..kerana saya sendiri ada jual telur A..Cheif yg ajar kita Recipe ini ,suara nya seperti pop singer..sedap di dengar dan telur masin ini lagi lebih sedap..sekian terima kasih ..( Recipie C - 19 .. Green Tea yg ada 11 recepe harga rm 8.00 . Ada jual di tepi Shisine Squar kedai ubat. Campur 3 keping Lemon Malaysia atau Lemon Yg warna kuning.. Sebunkus Green Tea yg kecil boleh buat 3 cawan atau glass yg besar dengan air yg panas dan mededek.. Di sini dari mulut ,hidung , dan dadah C - 19 susah nak masuk badan kita..ok..good try..thank u ..Cheif telur masin..kamu cantik yah. !

Hi Louie, 可以。每一种盐的咸度都不一样。 盐煮不溶代表盐水饱和,够咸的了。可以把不溶的盐拿掉或者过筛,不然咸蛋就会太咸。鸡蛋腌20-24天可以试煮来吃。鸡蛋壳比较薄,所以比较快咸。谢谢😊🙏🏻

🙋🏻‍♀️ Hi Kam, 蛋壳干后可以比较容易吸收米酒。这样可以入蛋黄,逼出油。如果一次过把蛋,酒和盐水一起放,或许就需要比较多酒了 😄🙏🏻 谢谢

The sole purpose of the alcohol is to kill germs and sanitise the exterior of the egg to prevent the egg turning bad during the fermentation process.

🙋🏻‍♀️ 通常是水差不多要煮沸时会发觉盐搅拌很久都很难溶解,那就可以了。参考比例是 1000毫升水:330克盐 谢谢😊🙏🏻

Hi Kevin, yes. Same way. I would suggest to taste the chicken between day 24-30. As chicken egg shells is thinner as compared to duck eggs, if submerge too long, it will get saltier 😄

Hi Stephanie Tan, on day 24 the salted egg texture is rich, the egg white is not salty, just the yolks doesn’t release much oil. On day 28, the yolks started to release oil and taste much richer. Day 30-35 would be the best 😁💕
