sandwich without bread using semolina /suji and different types of vegetables it is an ideal and healthy sandwich recipe . this recipe is generally made with sandwich toaster, but can also be made with sandwich grill or even on cooking pan. No bread sandwich recipe

For Sandwich -
Semolina/suji -1 cup
Besan /gram flour -2 tbsp
Yogurt /dahi -1/2 cup
Chopped Onion-2tbsp
Chopped Green chili-1 small
Red/Green capsicum-1 tbsp
Grated carrot -2 tbsp
Cilantro /dhaniya -2 tbsp
Chopped garlic-1 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/8 tsp
Salt-to taste
Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
Butter /oil for-making sandwich
