Hey sis! This was so cool! I went to a soap making class a few years back for my sister’s birthday and it was so much fun! I’ve definitely started eating healthier, drinking healthier, and even paying closer attention to the products i purchase now that I’ve had my baby. But I never even thought to make my own soap. Love this idea!

Girl thank you for this video !!! Last week i had a really bad allergic reaction for this new bodywash ( supposedly with no chemical) i used . I took me more than 5 days for the allergies to subdue ...that really got me thinking about making my own soap. I will definitely give it a try and see

Thank you for sharing your recipe and processes. Very Helpful!! Can I just double the recipe to get more soap? Thank you and God bless!

I would make sure to run is through a soap calculator but since this is a simple recipe I suppose you could double it. But run it through a soap calculator to be double sure.

Can I use Castor oil insted of another oil?
@CreamySuds
@CreamySuds 3 года назад
Hi, yes you may use Castor oil at about 10% tops so you don't end up with a sticky bar. But don't use it to replace the other oils as they have their individual properties in soap.

What do I do if I don’t want to use the coconut oil?
@CreamySuds
@CreamySuds 2 года назад
You can definitely make soap without it but expect your soap to behave very differently meaning it won't have a lot of lather and if you have hard water to an extent you'll see no bubble at all. But there are other oils like palm oil that might be a substitute but will not really work in the same way because of the fatty acid profile. Is there a reason you don't want it?
