新年深夜、 参考にさせて戴きました。葱と竹輪は鍋でなく焼網で焦がしました 葱&竹輪&豆腐&大根(薄い銀杏切り)の鍋にしました。みぞれでなくでスミマセン 味目はめんつゆだけの少し薄いおでん汁です 焦がした葱と竹輪の味が大根と豆腐に染みます いやぁ汁が美味い!明朝は正月の開き餅を入れて食べる予定です
