But it doesn’t give you a dopamine hit the way it would have given initially and that’s true with every passing day. Like your body doesn’t create as much of the hormone every-time you engage in something repeatedly. It creates less and less. You might be appreciative of it because you are used to it. It’s your comfort zone. It triggers a different reaction in your body now. Not dopamine. I mean yes you get it but as i said, just a limited amount.

I think her analogy is trying to tell us guys to not constantly be texting and chatting with your woman. To let your woman be, give her space, and time away from you to miss you and want you more.
Lol, i just gave my girlfriend 5days space while that time of yhe month. I heard from her a 1am, i miss you so much. The thing is i had to switch right off.(dont like doing it) however with trust, love. A long lasting relationship may work.....
To make someone chase you constantly or well , get obsessed with you . Try avoiding or ignoring them mist of the time , like literally just forget about them for a week atleast and when you talk to them once again make sure they have the best time with you.

A guy’s dopamine is always high, and takes a dope- I- mean ….girl ….to keep on the sidelines until he calls her back in, so he can keep his supply of dopamine high.
this works but if you need to rely on these strategies and feel like you need to manipulate the person into giving you attention you should ask yourself the question if this is worth it when deep down what we all actually want is committed, unconditional love.

My personal experience is quite opposite, I love my coffee each and everyday since I moved to France. In India, I used to drink/eat something else but it’s no more my choice. Same is about people, the relationship grows as we grow together but if we left apart we can not keep the same bonding. As soon we get away people take different paths and when we meet them after we find them different and not likeable as before.
When you try to convince somebody just throw in phrases like "... according to science" and it automatically becomes a legitimate information and truth. Trust me bro.
