Sourdough Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
50-100g active sourdough starter
375g warm water
500g flour
9-12g salt
Rest for 2 hours/Stretch & Fold about every 30 minutes
Bulk rise 6-8 hours (looking for it to double in size)
Shape dough & refrigerate until ready to bake
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
Bake for 30 minutes covered
Bake an additional 20-30 minutes uncovered
Remove when crust is golden brown
Let it cool, and enjoy!
