Great recipe. I find If you mix everything in a large bowl then pour into the casserole dish, the potatoes are well coated.

This looks awesome, thank you. I usually boil my sweet potatoes then sort of squeeze the skin off. Put them in a baking dish in medium chunks, add knobs of butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, Mrs. Butterworth syrup, brown sugar, marshmallows and craisins, then bake.
