Welcome to my channel! When pan-roasting whole spices is not an option, here are alternatives.
In tropical weather, we can use the extra sunshine to dry spices and herbs. It is a great way to utilize free resources and cut back on energy costs. Alternately, we can use the oven method to dry spices and herbs in the cold conditions. In this video I will show you both ways.
