I ddo love and am impressed how the tostadas dont fall apart when you bite in to the tostada. It looks delicious although I would do real chicken. TOFU No.

I have never seen someone *grating* tofu ¡it's GENIUS! 😱 I've been watching vegan recipes videos (but also cook books) for 4 years now, eaten tofu all this time and I was SHOCKED that I've never seen that, I have to make this!

I always see you cooking on cast iron. How do you clean them after you cook in them? The only thing that keeps me from buying a cast iron pan is I don’t know how to clean it.

Honestly it’s very easy. I was intimidated but now I put mine up high heat then down and start wiping with a wet clean rag. It gets everything off & then you add oil and let it cook into the skillet make sure you wipe it all around so it’s good for next time you cook.

steph have you used defrosted tofu before in your recipes? one time i froze tofu and when i defrosted it, tons of water came out and what was left looked like CHICKEN meat texture. Then i did some research and people have been freezing and defrosting tofu for a long time. it’s super interesting.
