for those who want to add a fragrance to this you can add 1-2% essential oil or fragrance oil at the very end. For best results I recommend mixing it with the AOS 40, cocamidopropyl betaine, and glyceryl oleate. Mix all of these in a separate beaker then add into phase A/B

I used an essential oil that I have, and I colored it using Saffron which is great for the skin also. I added some Kojic Dipalmitate and Transexamic powder. It looks like orange juice in a bottle. When it dries, if I rub my hand across my cheek, it felt like dead skin rolling under my fingers, but it was the dried mask. Is it supposed to do that? Thank You 🙏🏽😘🥰🌹

When you check sodium c14 16 COA, there is sodium sulfate 2-4 %. Is this considering sulfate free??

Thank you again for such informative content. I believe glyceryl oleate is the ingredient i have been looking for. No matter how mild a surfactant is I always find it to be stripping/drying. I'll play around with it and see whether it helps in my formulations.

Yup, all skin types 😊 You can add 1-2% fragrance or essential oil, but no carrier oils. Add the fragrance at the very end

Can you use another of the liquid emulsifiers from making cosmetics? They didn’t have this one in stock. I have sorbitan oleate or poyglyceryl oleate. Will either of these work? I’m loving your beginner videos!!! I’ve learned a lot! Love that your recipes and are in percentages. Thank you!

No, you would need a solubilizer for carrier oil. The surfactants can solubilize about 1% fragrance oil though
