ca serais bien que tu revisite des classiques québecois. ex: paté chinois, ragout de boulette, poutine, hamburger steak , tourtière etc. Peu etre tu la déjà fait aussi mais bon voila. Tu as du criss de bon contenu et continue ce que tu fais.
I'm sorry... you seem completely clueless with Mexican food. 1) Enchiladas are NEVER made with flour tortillas! 2) Always roast your chilies before making sauce 3) It's rare you mix beef with green sauce. Beef should be with red sauce 4) Hell no to beans inside enchiladas!
