I have just found und your channel and I love watching you. The Shrimp and grits look delicious bug my husband cant tolerate anything spicy with heat. I am going to try this without all the hot ingredients.
Do u suggest using the same kind of cheese in both the grits and the sauce? I only make cheese grits, but usually use cheddar. But, I like parmesan in my sauces. Would those pair well or would u use the same in both? This looks great and I'm looking forward to making it!
I may be a little too late, but I definitely understand your concern. It would be fine to do either or. The parm in the sauce and cheddar in the grits just makes sense and I'd probably be more inclined to do that! Hope this helps! :)
