Minced meat/keema - 200g
Chopped Onion - 1 cup
Chopped Spring Onion - 1 cup
Chopped Ginger & Garlic - 2 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
Ingredients for momo soup:
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chopped Ginger & Garlic - 2 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 1 medium size
Chopped Tomato - 1 medium size
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
Meat Stock - 1 cube
'Water - 1.5 liter
Spinach - 1 bowl
Spring onion - 10 g
