I tried this recipe, but used canned peas and carrots. It didn't taste that good right after it was made. But the next day it was bursting with flavor. Very good! The second time I tried, I tweaked a little bit. I still used canned peas and carrots, used three eggs instead of two, I used more ginger than the half-teaspoon the recipe called for, dissolved the sugar completely in the sauce mix, used about half teaspoon more of Chief fried rice seasoning, and a little less rice. This second try came out better than my first!

My son & I made this tonight for dinner and it was awesome! I have stopped cooking with garlic and I didn’t have the fried rice seasoning but the sesame oil and egg brought the whole dish together! We love your show, keep it up! 🙏🏼

There are wok pans with as single handle (frying pan style) that will allow you to make that amount of food. I own one and it's one of my favourite utensils to cook with. I've made tons of fried rice in it. This recipe looks great.
Trial and error. Mine was too sappy not sure why and it came out to dark because I used mushroom soy sauce and I forgot it’s a darker than others. I didn’t have fried rice seasoning so used 5 spice and I may have used too much or something because it came out tasting like a spice cake lol however my family ate it by choice and said it was good 🤷🏽♀️🙈
I'm gonna make this with the Chinese Fried Chicken Y'all taught earlier. Oh gosh is Asian Cuisine this weekend with some Callaloo & a nice Mango/pineapple salad. UPDATE: Allyuh year nah, TRY DIS RECIPE!! It was sooooooooooooo delicious with the chicken. My Daughter ate almost de whole pot ah rice & ALL de Chicken. I put some extra ginger in de rice. Oh Gosh I eh go lie, IT WAS DELICIOUS!!
