Yesterday a dear friend brought me a coconut bake and a container of delicious buljhol and an avocado which we had for dinner. I was inspired to make a roast bake on my own. I will be using this easy to follow recipe. Thank you .

Hmm thanks for letting us know about the brown sugar. I always used to wonder what was the purpose.

This didn’t work for me, the only part of the recipie I didn’t do-because I read it too late- was not sifting the flour. My dough never really felt smooth enough to knead..was it really only 9oz of water used? The dough was thick and hard and I couldn’t really roll it out thin it ended up tasting like cooked flour (no better way to describe it)

Hey guys, I tried the recipe, my dough was good but when I baked it i find that it came out a little hard. Did I do something wrong? All i had was a Pyrex dish to bake it in.
