[Ingredients]
Vegetable tempura
・Eggplant : some
・Bell pepper : some
・Shiitake mushrooms : some
* Use only the amount you eat.
[Tempura batter made from scratch]
・Cold water : 75g
・Mayonnaise: 10g
* First, dissolve the mayonnaise in water.
・Flour : 50g *The flour I use is "less than 8.5% protein".So it's a good idea to use "cake flour" (´ ▽ ` *)
・Sesame oil : a little
・Ice : a little (2 or 3)
* Eggs are used for the tempura batter liquid.

今回は、プロが作る「野菜天ぷら(茄子、ピーマン、しめじ)と天ぷらバッター液」の簡単な作り方を紹介します。
■野菜天ぷら、天ぷらバッター液[レシピ 1~2人前]
[材料]
野菜天ぷら
・茄子
・ピーマン
・しめじ
*食べる量を使います。
[天ぷらバッター液の作り方]
・冷水 : 75g
・マヨネーズ : 10g
*初めに水にマヨネーズを溶かしてください。
・小麦粉 : 50g
・ごま油 : 少々
・氷 : 2個
*天ぷらバッター液は玉子を使います。
でも、玉子を使用すると量が多くなります。
少量の場合はマヨネーズを代用しても同じ効果を得ることができます。

Thank you very much! You are very smart I have lots of questions about cooking why you need what? So it’s so good to know. Cause someone also said and I also thought when you make deep fried food egg contain fat (egg yolk) make deep frying food batter make it less crispy? So I often don’t use as well. It’s all slightly different but I also think all the deep frying food has same or similar Method to cook. Thanks :) 🙏
