I swear I dont know what i like better the recipes or the sarcasm lmfao! I make similar cookies with white chocolate, dried cranberries and macadamia nuts! My family literally fight over them lmao!

Every week John gets more and more committed to his knack for making messes and, frankly, I love it. As a certifiable neat freak, it's kind of like watching someone slowly lose their mind. Truly fascinating! :P PS These look delicious AF

The cookies are deliciousss, but I was surprised that no one mentioned anything about the 6-7 minutes in the oven. Mine looked completely raw at that time and I ended up doing 12 minutes total in the oven, which seemed like a good time for me. They look cooked well and taste a good texture too but not burnt, although a couple cookies did turn out black in a spot or two underneath, i’m assuming wherever the candy cane chunk was sticking out. I also ended up chilling them in the fridge for 2 days before baking. Overall they’re great, just don’t know how anyone can do it in 6-7 min!

My son and I made these. They were delicious! My son couldn't stop eating them and he felt they were good enough to leave for Santa with a tall glass of milk. We made a double batch and they did not last long. Next time I make these, I will add more than a pinch of salt to balance out the sweetness of the candy canes and white chocolate. I think 1/2 teaspoon would be just fine. Thanks, John and Happy Holidays!!!😊
