Dear Arun, This video is very useful to this age group at the same time I wish to point out some things too. Own a house is better in their thirtees, and some extra tip to save money in my opinion, reduce worthless donations in this age(except charity and for own family members) and save money by investing in chitty or recurring deposit in post office etc... ,save something for our retirement life in late forties etc... Only min investment should be made for house construction instead of going into grand expenditure. It should be noted that big houses require large periodical money for maintenance. Dont buy thinks to impress people. Be it be clothes or vehicles.Before buying think whether it is a liability or asset. Vehicles come in the liability clause.

NRI ക്ക് ഭാര്യയുടെ പേരിൽ തുടങ്ങാം. അതായത് ഭാര്യ സ്വന്തം പേരിൽ PPF തുടങ്ങുക. അതിൽ അടക്കാനുള്ള തുക NRI ഇട്ട് കൊടുക്കുക. പിന്നെ NRI ക്ക് മുച്വൽ ഫണ്ട് തുടങ്ങാം. ബാക്കി എല്ലാം ഈ വീഡിയോയിൽ പറയുന്നത് പോലെ തന്നെ ആണ്.
