Kerala is far behind that ratio since the last few decades. This is the side effect of economic development. Refer Prof John callhoun experiment. In abundance no one wants to reproduce.

i am born and brought up in kerala.but after living outside of state now i wouldnt like to live there.its the best state for education , healthcare and law and oder.but a boring place to live.😀.too conservative for modern era
