I enjoyed this analysis. Very helpful. I gotta say - Brendan walking us through the lap felt like one of Matin Brundle's lap analysis. I loved how he broke it down like a race car driver. This lad needs to get a test with a network to commentate on races. I think he'd do a great job.

Man, you are a great teacher, great video on the Baku track. I have the Playseat Challenge Racing seat with Fanatec gear, indigolime construction parts, and 3drap elastomer springs. I'm also using the PS4 wheel base. I'm working on getting better as time goes on, thanks again man

Personally for me who's been pretty fast on the Formula 1 games I already know these things. but one thing I have always struggled with is understanding setups. What does it do, what to change? I would be so interested seeing you making a video about that, explaining every small detail about the setup to improve lap time. I do league races and I still just use the time trial setups because I have 0 understanding about setups apart from wings and tyre pressures. good video!

I like the suggestions. I'm usually a gear down in most of the turns you made so I'll give it a shot. I'm not able to play with ABS or traction control off yet but I'm working on my trail breaking. My throttle is good enough but my breaking is trash especially on my controller. I'm much better with my racing wheel but I don't have the space for it with my GT Lite foldable rig I have 😢😢😢

I made the mistake of deciding to switch off all assists forever going into Baku on MyTeam, so thanks for this guide.

Are your suggestions on things such as gears into corners based on time trial conditions or grand prix race conditions? For example, T1 I often have to take in 2nd or 3rd gear max in a grand prix.

this track is straight up broken, it feels like brakes don't work and I lose the rear end when I shouldn't, also every other driver is always faster than me on the straights no matter tyre difference, so frustrating
