Totally wrong! Emotions are a simple app in the brain. The brain measures the difference between "what you want in life" & "what life delivers". This difference is what triggers emotions. Its a simple mathematical calculation. Its not complicated & very easy to understand but most people miss this basic knowledge. There is NO EMOTION once you drop all your expectations & simply live life based on the actual life as it is!
There is NO NEED to try your best! Just drop your expectations & thats it. Its very simple & looks like you missed the whole point! Once you get it, then there will NEVER EVER be any negative emotion EVER! Good luck
