I'm watching in 4 july 2024 And it was amazing experience for me It helps me a lot Mene abhi tk pta nhi kitni video dekhi hongi meditation ke upper Par koi bhi kaam nhi Kari Mene bhut try Kiya focus karne ka but nhi ho paya Pr is video ki help se easily mene minimum 20 minit meditate Kiya or Mughe lga bhi nhi ki itne jaldi 20 minit ho geye Nhi to mere liye to 5 se 10 minit hi karna bhut difficult tha The process is super easy and effective Big thankyou sir ❤ It helps me a lot ❤❤

STEPS 1. Inhale from nose, exhale from mouth. 2. Relax Ears, Feel Body Surface. 3. Focus on each body part from top to bottom. 4. Feel your breathing. 5. Bring back mind on breathing if it gets any thoughts. 6. At end before opening eyes think about your desire/goal/passion.

If you are from middle class family and you face disturbance .. let me tell you , I have gone through from same situation so.. once I told my mom, father and brother that I wanna do meditation everyday ... So please don't disturb me on that time .. otherwise earlier my brother was coming to my room and say .. hey what are you doing n all ... My mom also call me for work but ...now I can do meditation easily..

When I had my eyes closed, my wife came to me and shook me assuming I dozed off watching some OTT series. When I told her I was learning meditation, she could not control her laughter for a long time. Because she knows me. I never meditated in my life. Unknowingly I realized I have done meditation before too. Still the mystery of meditation is not solved for me. But this video was great. Helped me a bit to understand meditation.
