How old were when you started and did you see results at 6 months?

I'm seeing results now from June 2022 to rn. I don't have the exact measurements but my cheekbones are clearly more forward and prominent, and the facial downswing has slightly improved. Chin is still recessed tho, I guess that can only be changed by an orthodontic appliance.

@@hugoamorim4093 I advice you to start slow, when I started I overwhelmed myself with everything, drinking eating technique, sleeping. Just stick to putting your tongue in the right place whenever you remember until it becomes first nature. Most helpful for me is when I make something as mewing reminder. Easiest example is your phone wallpaper, change it to mewing picture. For me is drinking water.

Mewing indeed helping strong jawline, but mainly on people in puberty who can still goes under great body changes. In adults the big change is in breathing as you said and a minor change in the jawline. Since it is difficult to change the bone structure after adulthood without surgery.

@@persever365 it is, massive changes in 3 years and i am not that fat or skinny... so i think for those who weigh around 60-70 kgs and are not fat. It's probably very effective. And working out with mewing is even better.

I bought expert jawliner and it’s very effective I highly recommend. Its available almost any country. And there is jawliner hard chewing gum I think thats only available in US&EU but not sure I haven’t tried it

@@hemanthm8900 mewing isint enough first check if youre mewing correctly and also make sure you eat healthy, have a low body fat, have a good posture and drink lots of water only if you strictly follow this will you be able to see results
