Learn what it takes to Motivate yourself to Exercise and try Hypnosis to help you.
In this video I will explain what techniques I use to ensure that I stay motivated to exercise.
I also offer you the chance to use hypnosis to increase your motivation to exercise, with a full explanation about what hypnosis is and how safe this therapy is.
Hypnosis Instructions
Please find a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Somewhere where
you can you listen to this hypnotherapy without being disturbed for the
25 minutes that this session will take. For the best experience please
wear ear-buds or headphones. Over the next few days repeat the session
to re-enforce the message further. And then feel free to further repeat the
session whenever you feel the need. Like anything in life practise
makes better, and training your subconscious mind is no different.
Enjoy

Great video Mark. Love the way you talk about those areas such as addictions that so many people find it hard to talk about.

Thanks brother. I'm totally open about that subject as I believe it's really important to not feel any shame, guilt or issue about those areas that are affecting you.

Hello Mark nice to see another upload from you. One of the biggest factor in my consistency in training has been that all my equipment is at home. Ive never worked out in a public gym in my life. Im 55 in august and pretty much( notwithstanding some long-term injuries) doing what I was when I was 20. Ive kept my weight within 10lb of what it was in my teens and ive never dieted. I think its all about just keeping everything moving. Running water never grows stale, so you just have to keep flowing. Bruce Lee.

I'm 60. I bought a 7ft bar with intention to get weights and frame last year. But for 5 months have shoulder injury from push ups! I don't know whether to see past the pain and continue exercise ?

If I were you I would put the weight training on hold and invest in a rehab program with a good sports physio. Otherwise you will probably make your injury much worse

Dear Mark, it's a pity that you cant' understand Italian, because I would really much like you to watch my videos, since I talk of the very same topics you treated in this clip (Hyp excluded). Nowadays, aesthetics is the only concern of the Fitness Industry, and this is pretty dangerous for the "over" with little experience, who tries to find his path through disciplines and fitness-centers. Since I saw your videos for the first time (a couple of years ago), I appreciated your approach, that is clearly based on YOUR motivation, YOUR goals, YOUR expectations, YOUR background experience, YOUR programming. Take care. (I don't encourage you not to give up, because it's unecessary). :-)

Ya I have foam roller need to throw IPhone in trash Do we need to take HGH to try and built muscle if your over 35? Thanks
@MarkLidsterfitnessgeezer
@MarkLidsterfitnessgeezer 2 года назад
@@AndrewHedlund100 No you don’t need to take HGH to build muscle past 35 unless you are hormonally deficient. It just takes consistent heavy training, with something like Strongfirsts 5x5 system and to eat clean like a horse. Did it say once in my early 50’s just to see the effect. In 4 months put on 10 kg of mainly muscle and got considerably bigger & stronger. However the downside was eating x6 a day and not feeling as mobile or as fast as I used to be.
