@@filipjtechthank you for this. The move right click wasn’t showing even with holding shift. Nvidia control panel i couldn’t get to lol. The weird thing is this pc hasn’t had a second display plugged in months. Edit: even a system restart didn’t fix it!

Thank you. Recently I have been seeing more windows that do not have the move button on the taskbar, even after pressing shift. This maybe apps or some non standard programs than might not have a standard navigation bar on top. Even Cascade or stacked or other options still fail. I am looking for a program than can just take any window and move it anywhere I need.

Mine is totally lost. It's the save as prompt for photoshop and I'm moving the window for minutes in all directions and it won't appear but you makes a ding noise when I try to click in the app telling me a dialogue box is still open

came across this video about the second monitor thing. i could not find task manager on my main monitor and it would not show itself. i can see it active on my taskbar but not the task manager itself. Until i connected the second monitor and it reappear. I thought it was a virus or something. I end up going through registry and also doing cmd sfc /scannow. and nothing. restarted my computer several times. and then suddenly i turn on my second monitor and it was there...

Not work for me. After Alt-tab and select the window, Alt+Space+M give me a sound. Then use left and right key does nothing.

@@Paramindersd That works well when opening apps you want full screen. I've noticed the off screen window happens to minimized apps like File Explorer, which most keep as a small window.

Doesn't work for me. I get the 4 arrow cursor but the window will not move. Problem was with Gimp trying to set preferences and pop up window is goes above the top of the screen where you can't close it. Luckily gimp works in linux. Easy to move windows in linux from anywhere on the window. But using win 11 ruined it for me. You think Microsoft could do better.
