How to kill a game. Make it impossible to walk fast on planets you have to promenade, forcing people to spend hours just.. walking. Would have been a great game. I refunded mine. They developers should learn a lesson. Do it too.
In all fairness we should get land vehicles and spaceship shuttles eventually to fly in planets real-time so I can temp leave controls to an npc on auto pilot at certain speed and show me how long I got like 20 or 30 minutes real life to travel there giving me some time to utilise some tool upgrades or what not before returning to the space shuttle seat, that be cooler than a stupid jet pack that runs out so fast
@@Unrated7 Yeah I would also like to see a 2 to 4 player co op at least a 2 player cause it be so cool to explore planet's all over the galaxy whilst allowing you both to split up and meet up at a certain planet if need be. Imagine flying spaceship seamlessly with a friend building his own equipment with your ships tools and any progress you make in story is not carried over so if you want help you can invite people to your game and help them out. Oh yeah when it comes to space combat your buddy co-op can man the spaceship rear guns or side turrets and when on mission you can take 2 other npc with you or 2 more players can join?
This has been the worst part of the game, my stam drains after walking in like 15ft and only a few steps if running so I have to basically dead stick everywhere so something 300m away takes me like 5 minutes to get there, and the amount of times I've died in a fight because I don't have the stamina to walk if I need to get to cover or find somewhere to safely heal
@@Unrated7 I think if they update the encumbrance so you can see what weight level you are instead of looking in the top right for the note, and made the o2 levels different on different planets, like in low gravity I should be able to travel further with less effort, high grav should deplete more ect. And then also change the 2 skills that relate to o2 levels and running so that the percentage increase is higher with each level it would be easier to deal with, I love this game and I understand almost all the mechanic choices except this one
Another Pro tip. Take Alien DNA, and Terra Forma. Most all other traits are a scam. All the dialogue ones are completely irrelevant based on my 40 hours of gameplay with neon street rat and serpents embrace. You just end up choosing the unique dialogue then getting spat back to the normal dialogue pool of options. Traits are your only way to increase your base O2 as there are no perks related to it aside from some things that reduce the consumption of it. But yeah, dialogue traits = scam. I did like all of Neon and got nothing with Neon Street Rat. Only Traits worth anything are Alien DNA, Dream House, Kid Stuff, Terra Forma, Introvert or Extrovert and maybe Serpents Embrace (Serpents Embrace gives +25 O2 compared to Terra & Alien DNA giving +50 by the way)
They definitely need to add a land vehicles for exploration it's literally impossible to pick Up items yea u can drop off items in certain locations but once u pick up more it starts all over again to drain ur health literally yea really fkng annoying imo
This is really disappointing its a nice game but that stamina drainage without any vehicle have to be one of the most stupidest thing they can put in a game!!!
