1. Meet people through other people 2. Leverage social media 3. Don't ask for a job 4. Use your resume as a tool for advice 5. Don't take up too much time 6. Let the other person speak 7. I've networked for at least the past two decades in my five decades in sales and have learned a lot! Very simply, my suggestions are to join a group, or organization that supports your industry. Attend all the events, be sure to make new connections and follow up with the key one-to-one meeting. Then if this is the right organization for you go deep by joining a committee and then get on the board! You'll expand your network exponentially by doing these things! And that will all be in my upcoming book, Networking Works. Nice video.

I never resort to get a job through networking or connections as this is a pernicious sin! Indeed, in the words of prophet Jeremiah 17:5 This is what the Lord says: “Cursed is the one who trusts in man,(M)  who draws strength from mere flesh  and whose heart turns away from the Lord.(N) 6 That person will be like a bush in the wastelands;  they will not see prosperity when it comes. They will dwell in the parched places(O) of the desert,  in a salt(P) land where no one lives

we know why but the video title isn't why it is how. So how to network is the title so how. Can you give actual examples as skits instead of blah blah blah
