Ugh, I'm in college right now and it's crazy how our confidence goes down here. There's someone that looks better than you and someone smarter than you. I don't know anybody here and it is a large campus, like thousands of students go here. I eat all meals alone and do everything alone. However, I am appreciating my alone time and slowly feeling better. I love your video because, "fix them or embrace them" is the realest thing ever. Ever since high school I stopped always doing my makeup bc I don't care. And if leg hair is growing out idc anymore bc WHO am I trying to impress, nobody lol! I feel so much more comfortable just living and getting my homework done hahah.

Ever since I was little I always had low self esteem. I wanted to be popular because I was always getting judged for my weight and my height and I figured that if I dressed up like the popular crowd that I would fit in . All throughout middle and high school I suffered through depression and anxiety and I always listen to negative things that everyone would say about me , my ex best friend even spread rumors about me and body shamed me . Watching this video truly made me tear up because I can now believe in myself and truly not give two fucks about what the haters say . I feel beautiful, amazing and happy. this is so true. i was very rude when i went to school and i didn't even realize it. it went to the extreme to where my teachers where talking about me and how i had a bad attitude all the time. it even effected my grades. then i moved schools and my dad said "wherever you go there you are" and i said what and he said think about it and you'll figure it out. i thought about it and really those where the best advice anyone could've given me. wherever i go, i am who i am so if i don't change something about me i would have the same exact issues that i did at my old school. so i decided to have a better attitude and it worked! school is so much better and i always look forward to school :)

It looks so fun to work as a youtuber. But I have come to realize that to keep it up and don't get overwhelmed by all the work that lies behind the finished product,you have to have an urge to entertain people. And be a person who has the abiity to be a TV-host. I think people think it looks so easy and you don't get enough credit. The thruth is you are doing a marvellous job. this is so important. I red a book where she says we have this basic, primarily beliefs when we are kids, we love without holding back, create, feel, cry, dance, scream - most importantly live in the moment, and we did not give a single thought about what others might think of us until we let outside impacts (like society, social media etc) influence us. it is so interesting and so important to realise. awesome how much we can learn from kids (or as you said, the lion king - i loved this reference btw!) I'm focussing on this kind of topics on my channel as well and you are a gorgeous inspiration, sending love, xx :)

@ 19:17. Thank you so much for this advice. I have/had a friend that we were really close then all of a sudden she started ghosting me and now wants nothing to do with me. It is very devastating because we were once like sisters and now...nothing. I've been searching on what to do and now I know it's just time to let it go. She's a completely different person now. Yes it hurts like hell because there was a bond there but I wish her well and will try to pick up and open that room up for the next bestie! :) Thanks for the advice!

This video is purely amazing! It really hit home for me, because I am thinking of creating my own channel and my own videos and I have been thinking about it for some time. But when I told my two best friends about it, they basically told me that they think that I am very conceded to think, that people would want to watch me and listen to what I have to say. They told me"wow you must think you're something special" and laughed at me.

I didn't sleep at all last night because of having so much anxiety in returning to my job this AM (that I absolutely hate) and am having a crappy morning, but this video truly brightened my outlook. I have the opportunity to take a job much more in line with what I'm passionate about, but for less money. It's hard to make the decision that will ultimately make you happier (and healthier) when finances play a role, but I've been so unhealthy and sick because of how I'm treated at my job and how much stress it puts on me. You may have been my deciding factor to finally choosing me in this situation. Thanks so much for this video!!

I'm sorry I'm only watching this and commenting now but I've struggled with depression and anxiety and self worth for 4 years. I've always tried to focus on the positive I always try to look over all the darkness. When ever I face a problem I deal with it by brushing in under the carpet. I've noticed my anxiety has gotten worse this year just after I thought I was getting better and I hit rock bottom with my depression a few days a go I made myself unwell with how stressed, upset and down I was feeling. I still am down it never 100% leaves me but I learnt so much from being so down I realised how unhealthy it was for me mentally and physically and how I need to change. I'm now focusing on fixing myself starting with learning how to not care about what others say/think and learning to love myself. I'm 16 in 6 form and I'm not going to continue this terrible path. Thank you for this video it really helped 💞

This video was SO helpful and inspiring!! I've been struggling with not focusing on people's opinions esp at school since I'm a senior and I want to apply to Ivy League schools like Harvard and Yale. A lot of people seem to be skeptical and shocked and it's hard to block this out but this video has helped me understand that I should do what I want to do and live my life to reach my goals!!

I've started to notice that when someone is being negative towards me it helps a lot if I go to that headspace I have when I'm alone or with my partner and my pets because at those times I am the happiest and that is my true self. External life doesn't matter, it's all internal. If I'm not good with myself I don't have that security.
