I'm amazed at how not-overpowered the new specialists have been. Neither Lis or Crawford have felt oppressive or disruptive to be on the receiving end of. I would have expected more significant power creep out of this game.
Multiple Liz specialists can be a bit oppressive if you're in a tank or other armoured vehicle since they can fire from pretty far away and if you get hit you're spotted for everyone to use their anti armour gadgets on. Not overly so but I have noticed when I'm in a tank about 5 or so people switch to Liz and then soon after a lot of people are running m5 recoilless lol
Idk what it is about Crawford I just love him. Being able to have this defensive and offensive fire power and being able to revive is awesome although I do wish his passive granted him the ability to suppress and maybe even spot suppressed enemies
the Fact that they remove suppression from BF is so fucking bs that was one the main difference with CoD and his over the top bullshit gunfight . Damn shame !!!!!
Had a massive like mental click so to speak today. On spearhead we were defending c2 and i noticed our team was massively flooding one side going towards d1. I noticed that the enemies spawns started to slow down so I dropped an ammo crate ran to the left posted up my turret on an angle on a hill nearby threw a proxi ball and..yeeeaaa I ended up overheating and dieing lol but a massive kill feed. I kept trying to do a flank style behind the enemy,, but I have issues being confident on my own like that. But when I'm reading the fight in front of me supporting my team and rotating preemptivey it's been profitable. I'm still learning the game though lol, just got it Monday. But yes it was a like "ohhhhhh" moment. And your guide made the puzzle pieces click together. So thanks.
I'm using Rao, with snipers and new sidearm with armor and stun granade. I'm surprised no one is using Rao. Rao for me is the best specialist after the Paik nerf. Trust me guys he's actually pretty damn good. You can help your team and yourself I get shot and don't know where and it spots the Enemy. And if they destroy a friend equipment they get spotted
I'll try and put the tips here to use. I had been killing a lot of enemy Crawford players so had figured maybe he wasn't so good, but i'll give him another go.
sometimes i use the gun to leave a distraction at an angle just so an enemy may spend even 1 second checking the gun and not me while i hit them from the other angle. sometimes i put it behind me to cover my ass and an option to return fire at enemies coming from behind
The Vulcan is almost underwhelming, but I bet it a whole squad coordinated as Crawford and had 4 of these up in one spot it’d be super hard to beat on infantry only modes/maps
Hey boss, can you see if we can do testing for Zain's gadget when he comes out vs Irish's sentry and if there's a method to still kill anyone behind said sentry device with it? I would assume to make it explode before it would be shot down but not sure. Love tbe videos!
Hey catalyst, we should get together on a video for the stealth choppers. I've been maining these ONLY since release to do testing of all kinds, optimal methods and even tricks for 1v1 battles when you start getting targeted without a gunner! I'd love to get with you and get this information out there!
@@CatalystHD I dont think headshot multiplier is bugged as dice said its hybrid between smg and assault. The thing is if they make it an assault rifle multiplier it would be better then M5A3 which does 22 damage to the body from 0-30m while AM40 does 26 damage from 0-10 and 22 damage from 10 -30m? so what sort of trade off it would have? Its still going to do 3 headshots to the head.
he is indeed useless, making good use of his minigun is very situational , the right time, the right place , the perfect circumstance needs to occur, which in this game won't happen often, this is bf 2042, enemies can show up out of nowhere due to all the flying , grappling , parachuting and gliding , and all the bs gimmicks everyone has , you won't get to make much use of his minigun
All these special abilities are pretty useless and we would have been fine without them. They only introduce annoying gameplay mechanics. Like a turret, whsn we had them placed around the map before. Like a guided missile when we had launchers around the map. Like grapplehook and wallhack..that shyt should be removed immediately.
