So the jam was GTO correct and we were unlucky to run into top of his range? Could you please summarize the learning because you waffled on a bit. Thanks u.
I "find" those bluffs cause I'm playing an oversimplified strategy where I bet/bet/jam all my range in 4bet pots lol. Actually my coach said that by doing so I'm like 40% correct according to the solver, but more importantly, taking advantage of the population's overfolds.
Surely the Hero is a beginner reg who made a “polarization error” that happened to be a sick GTO approved bluff? Just found you through Petes channel. You seem very talented and smart and the way you think about the game is very impressive! What stakes do you currently play yourself?
In my opinion it's way more likely that a 50nl reg recognizes correctly the spot and uses this hand as a bluff compared to how likely it is for them to bet 3streets with top pair no kicker in a 4bet pot for value. Even more likely is that they check this hand instead of betting, that's for sure, but once they bet it they know what they're doing...my guess.
Excellent analysis, thanks for the video. Is the discord from which the hand is taken a public server? Can I join it? I play a lot of poker but don't have too many people with whom to discuss hands / study / etc.
