Water
Shower cap
Tea bags
Contact lens case
Mint container
Eucalyptus essential oil
Washcloth
Dryer sheets
Toiletry bag
Lock
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Lay the pieces of your outfit on top of each other and roll them together to save space in your bag.
2. Fill a water bottle halfway and freeze it on its side. Fill the rest of the bottle up with water for a perfectly cold water bottle.
3. Keep gym shoes in a shower cap to keep the rest of the bag clean. Place tea bags in the shoes to keep them smelling fresh.
4. Keep face soap and moisturizer in a contact lens case to save space.
5. Keep bobby pins in a mint container to store them all together.
6. Mix 2 cups water and 10 drops eucalyptus essential oil together. Submerge a clean washcloth
into the mixture and squeeze out the excess. Store the towel in the fridge before going to the gym.
7. Place dryer sheets in the bottom of your bag to keep it smelling fresh.
8. Pack heavier items first and keep small loose items in a toiletry bag.
9. Attach your lock to the handle of your bag so it is easy to find.
