That sky and water are absolutely stunning! The depth achieved in the landscape is equally impressive. I enjoyed watching this and learn something every time I do. Thanks again.
+Janet Catmull Thanks Janet, the reason I called it a study was due to the time spent painting it. Probably not the right yard stick to use to measure what is a study and what is a more finished piece of work. Are you going to join us on the new website?
Beautiful painting work, Patrick; you are very talented. I never know where the shadows should go - you make it look so easy! Thank you so much for teaching your techniques. I am now a subscriber to your channel. :)
Watching you paint, I always try to follow all of your steps and how certain effects are created. I watch that clse that my eyes get dry, but each and every time it's just "there" in your painting and I'm wondering how you did it LOL Beautiful painting. Thank you so much!
What a gorgeous place, and a gorgeous painting. Great depth and atmosphere. I can feel the sea breeze and hear the gulls. Much too hard for me, but it was great fun to see you do all the work>
