Im in Southern California with a 20k gallon pool, whats the recommended 3 seatings that i should run my pump at?

What is the recommended speed for this pump to run with the heater? I have a RayPack new heater, installed it last September. What is the sense of the 'variable speed' if the speed needed to run the heater is a specific one? Thanks.

Most heaters require around 40GPM to activate the pressure switch. Because the hydraulics are unique to each system. What I would do is turn the heater on and incrementally increase the speed until the unit senses flow. Then add another 100RPM or so to make sure that it'll be good for when you want to use it. I hope this helps!

No problem Ella. Measure length x width x average depth (average of shallow and deep end), then x by 7.5 which equals your gallonage.
