The kettlebell clean is a foundation movement and exercise in kettlebell training and it’s also important for bringing the kettlebell into the rack position which allows you to do so many other kettlebell exercises.
The clean involves the following components: powerful hip and knee extension, the acceleration pull, and a hand insertion.
In this video Coach Angela and Funk will teach you the proper technique for this movement so you do not end up with bruising on your wrists and forearms so you can master this technique quickly and effectively.
