Cheers taco, learning so much from you and loving my workouts. Do you recommend buying cast iron kettlebells or competition bells? I have found the cast iron ones being smaller have been more comfortable when racking & overhead but unsure whether or not to go competition size when buying the next one?

Hi James, you're welcome. I recommend you try the competition kettlebell at least, for us there is nothing better.
