Hi Kim! What Great Ideas ! I use Pinterest for Color Combinations as well. It could be a Color Palette or a Colored Picture, usually not the same picture that I am coloring. I don't have a book with the color combos, yet! Brilliant Idea! Thank You for Sharing!💜💜

I’ve just started being more intentional writing down combinations. I have been writing down colours as I do a colour along. Trying to get better with using my colourwheel, need practice. Like the colour cubes as well have not tried them on my own yet, so want to do that. I have no problem sharing so will be in touch soon.😊

Hello there , trying to understand combos say you are looking at 3colors.. would you call them a light,, medium, dark ? You were talking about 5 color combos where do you put the extra colors. Please help me. I have cancer and coloring helps. But I want my coloring looking nice
Hi, Jacquie! Thanks for asking - I'm so glad to help. Yes - when I am creating a color combo, I will use 3-4 colors. Light, Med, a slightly darker Medium, and then Dark (if that makes sense). If you look at the color wheel I showed in the video, each "color section" has light to dark colors in the same color family (like blue-green, for example). You could look at that, try to match it to your pencils and markers as best you can, to identify a light, medium, and dark color from that color family. Also - color combos don't *have* to be from the same color family. Your light color could be cream or ivory, your medium could be a sky blue, and your dark could be a purple. For that 5 color combo I showed, that is not my norm! But I just blended as best I could from one color to the next and didn't follow my normal Light, Med, and Dark formula. I apologize for any confusion there on my part! If it helps, here's a link to a video I did on blending three Prismacolor pencils.
