For 1 lb. of Fish (Preferably an oily fish like Salmon or Mackarel):
5 Tablespoons of Kosher Salt
2.5 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Pickling Spice
Non Reactive Bowl or Dish
For Dressing the One Pound of fish:
One medium onion sliced as in the video
3 Tablespoons of Oil
Sprinkle of Kosher Salt and Black Pepper Optional
