Exquisite buttercream cupcakes ! I have made wedding cakes for 40 years, never wanting to make a cupcake because I could never find a video like yours. I’m going to show my daughter this video and pass on my love for cake decorating!!!! Thank you for so beautifully showing us your talent!♥️
THE most gorgeous cupcakes ever seen. Your techniques of color mixing and piping are second to none! I hope you realize just how extraordinary your creations are. I love these shades of lavender, purple and green you’ve made. The hydrangeas are so perfect and the chrysanthemums, just unique. Thank you for your tutorial. It is quite easy to follow, though your mastery makes it look much easier than it is, at least for me. Also, on a side note, your voice is quite pleasant to listen to, very calming and clear. Excellent!
Thank you so much that is such a compliment really means a lot ☺️ good luck on making your daughters birthday cake and if you have any questions along the way always happy to help 🤗

Aww thank you so much that makes me so happy! If you do make it please tag me on my IG Zibakeriz I love seeing recreations and if you have any questions always happy to help! 🤗💕
Aww no worries 🤗 you can definitely make them just follow the tips I shared and keep practicing and if you have any questions along the way I am always happy to help 💕
beautiful , it looks like you change the angle of the piping bag and tip as you closer to the centre of the chrysanthemums, when do you change the angle and how often up to upright at completion , thanks
So you will notice that it’s a very small angle towards the inside near the outside of the petal and as you get closer your ping bag should keep getting slightly more and more angled inside and once you reach the Center it’s should be almost complete vertical (you will notice that you will just more your tip enough to not ruin the previous row of petals, and keep going slightly more inward with each row) hope that makes sense but if you have any other specific questions I would be more then happy to help ☺️🤗
How long do you whip butter cream so that it's not to loose. I am using a kitchen aid blender? Do you have any vanilla cupcake recipes? Love your videos and calming voice.
Aww thank you for the love and support means a lot 🥹 I can’t give a specific time but it should create stiff peaks so it is nice and stable for piping. Yeah I have an online course on my website called all about baking if that is something your interested in you can purchase it and learn about everything you will learn in the course. Check out my website www.zibakeriz.com to know when I launch my online course and the other courses that are coming soon 🤗🥰💕

These are the nozzles I use the most I will link a set that I think is great for beginners has all the essential piping tips in my opinion www.amazon.ca/Wilton-2104-2531-Deluxe-Decorating-Tip/dp/B00C4UH6XI/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=wilton+piping+tips&pd_rd_r=bb38136a-ccaa-4a2d-8e3d-72545cc1646d&pd_rd_w=CCpVV&pd_rd_wg=jXKtC&pf_rd_p=2c860bf6-258f-4f03-99c7-287b364d9ef8&pf_rd_r=A3X0HA2971FVMTVJFHJ9&qid=1626537074&sr=8-3 hope you find this helpful and always happy to help and answer any questions 🥰
Hi I'm Zubeida Khan from SA. School teacher by profession, but I love baking. Your work is awesome. Please can you share a good frosting to make these beautiful cupcakes.
Hi Zubeida, aww thank you so much that means a lot! 🥰 I hope to share my buttercream recipe in an online course soon (how to make swiss, Italian, ermine buttercream how to flavour and colour your cream and so much more) if that is something your interested in you can always sign up to my email list on my website www.zibakeriz.com to know when I will launch my online courses! But if you have any other baking or cake decorating questions I am always happy to help 🤗💗
I enjoyed your video. I’m just starting out trying to perfect my cupcakes and I have a question. I’m guessing that to make your frosting more “stiff” you would add more powdered sugar? Or do you refrigerate before decorating? I try to avoid making a frosting that’s too sugary tasting.
Thank you so much means a lot 🥰 yeah if you are using American buttercream you can use powdered sugar to stiffen the buttercream but for other creams like Swiss Italian refrigerating will be the way to use stiff buttercream, no I don’t refrigerate before decorating, if you don’t want a very sugary buttercream then I would suggest making other kind of buttercreams like Swiss, Italian and ermine since they are less sweet of you are interested I hope to share that in an online course I have been working on called all about buttercream (where I will teach you how to make different types of creams like Swiss, Italian, ermine as well as how to flavour and colour your cream and so much more like buttercream consistency) if that is something your interested in you can always sign up to my email list www.zibakeriz.com to know when I will launch my online courses. However if you have any other baking or cake decorating questions I am always happy to help 💗💕

Thank you so much! 🥰so happy you find them helpful hope to keep sharing more! Yess definitely give it a try and if you ever have any baking/decorating questions always happy to help 🤗💕
Aww thank you, it depends on where you live and the whipped cream you use 35% whipping cream in Canada isn’t as stable enough to allow you to create piped flowers but with whipped cream you can definitely pipe basic rosette and swirls for sure hope that helps 💗
Oh, my goodness...you do absolutely stunning work! You really do! You seem a bit shy and unsure of yourself, but you should have all the confidence in the world when it comes to this. I wish that my stuff came close to yours! May I make just a couple of suggestions about your videos? When you were piping your BEAUTIFUL roses, the camera was situated a bit off so that we could not see all that you were doing. Or maybe you need to re-situate yourself, and where you stand, to get a full, straight shot at your hands and flowers. Also, could you make sure that you SHOW us exactly what the tip that you're using looks like, rather than just giving us a number? Sometimes we might have a tip the looks like the one you have but it may have a different number. And, one last thing...PLEASE make more videos! I want to learn to pipe as amazing as you do! Lots of us do, I am sure!
Hi! Aww this message really made my day thank you so much for all this kindness really means a lot and messages like these make me love what I do even more! Yeah sometimes it can get a bit nerve racking but will hopefully get better with time 🙈 but that’s very kind of you! I am always happy to hear suggestions and ways to improve my videos, yeah I didn’t have a top shot camera holder for this video but now I do so I am able to get the full shot so all my recent videos are not cut off.I never thought about that thanks for letting me know will show the tips more for anyone with similar tips! Thanks for all the feedback and for such a kind message really makes me happy and hope to keep creating more content! 🥰also if you ever have any other suggestions or baking or cake decorating questions I am always happy to help💗and thanks you for all the love and support really means a lot 🥰🥰
@@ZIBAKERIZ I am so glad that you took the suggestions the way you did. Believe me, I wouldn't want to hurt your feelings! I am a 65 yo woman who has recently decided to get out all of my late mother's cake decorating supplies that she used when I was growing up. She made cakes to help our family out financially. I, unfortunately, am not having great luck! SO I really hope that you continue this to help me. I promise you, you have an amazing talent for this! Please don't let up! I look forward to more. God bless...
