Hi - I think this comment landed under the wrong vid - I assume that by Winter Expansion you meant Small City ;)if so, then yes - I have in my plans a solo playthrough and a vid about the advanced rules and Winter addon both :) somewehere soon ;) glad you liked this one too :) welcome to the channel

If a wild token is not used, can it be retained until the next turn or should it be discarded along with unused cubes in the clean up phase?

That is a good question. Wild tokens can be used at any time - all the ones you collect and not use are changed into 1 VP at the end of the game too :) you do not discard them at the end of your turn :-) hope this helps - thanks :)
