Correction: Don't forget to click on "Decode" in fiddler, that's the fix if you're still getting the flight menu. If it still doesn't work, change the featureflags rule to "settings.svc.halowaypoint.com/featureflags/hipnk" Delete webcache every time it doesn't work. I’m surprised they haven’t released forge yet, it looks complete but I think there are bugs n such to worry about

My only problem is I came to the realization that this is all in insider. Insider doesn’t transfer data over to the official game. So forge creations won’t be saved at best it’s practice.

Pro tip: if you’re getting server issues then instead of doing local offline open a LAN server on your PC and it should work

whenever i load the game up i cant get past "Press enter to play the game" it just doesn't load.

No longer works it seems, anyone else? Only loads the flight menu with just Campaign as an option.

I FIGURED IT OUT FOR XBOX but not completely, only the menu! you need to shut off your internet, enter halo infinite, quick resume another game, then quick resume halo infinite twice. That has halo infinite think it fixed itself already, now there is a issue entering forge itself, and custom games, but hopefully this helps

dude, I wish there was a way for xbox users to play. All the pc players get to have fun while we gotta presumably wait till September:/

They might as well just release it early at this point considering that the number of people who will have access this to this, virtually forever now, is huge.... We've already seen a large portion of what it has to offer now, we might as well be allowed to play what is currently available and at least polished "enough".

im stuck on authenticating with services :/ not sure what to do from here? any help?

It is a really confusing video. more explanation is needed in a lot of parts like how to use the rules in the description or turning a .txt file into a .cmd file, given you can just look it up. but it is a simple thing to just show it in the video.

Everytime I try this i get stopped at the main menu with "authenticating with servers" help?!

I might have to do this. I've been following the "Safer" method on Discord but it just won't work. I get to the standard menu with Forge, Multiplayer and such but when I reconnect to the internet, after a few seconds it boots me out with an "unauthorised" message. It won't even download the game mode.

if you have the flight in your steam library and not installed already from when the flight was live dont even bother its not possible re downloading it only gives 1 file in its directory saying thanks for playing

I'm still stuck on the "getting profile from platform" even though I did all these steps right. I triple checked and ran the commands multiple times to no avail.

Do you need to launch the 'Halo Infinite Insider' version of the game for this or just the ' Halo Infinite ' version of the game, or does it not matter?

thanks for the directions on this. I was able to get forge mode to show up and can access the menu but every time I try to start a forge game it says loading map and connecting to LAN then hangs for a minute and then disconnects and returns me to custom game screen. I havent been able to actually load a map in forge yet.

Dunno if this is a co-op flight thing but just like the other method where you disconnect you other internet at the same time the custom games at 2:54 stay on a constant loading screen where you can move through an invisible menu. not sure if this is a problem unique to this build but cant seem to progress past it when I select mode editor.

Apart from the alt xbox account, would I also need to make an alt steam account

I'm so close😂 I have custom games and forge in the Maine menu but no forge in custom games modes. I'm stuck at "configuring LAN lobby" at the bottom

I changed it to a .cmd file and I just got a message saying that my computer doesn't have the right driver

So do we have to setup all the same stuff as you like your region (turkey) and stuff? Also I tried to this earlier but I think it may have did something to my network that wouldn’t allow Microsoft services to work on my network. Couldn’t sign into anything. Idk if it was related but it was super annoying to fix. Also had to look up how to change files to a CMD file because it wouldn’t work but just changing the name. Also any time I try to launch the insider build on steam it just gives me errors but I also don’t have the regular build on Xbox because that’s what I used for campaign but I play on steam or the Xbox app. So yeah uninstalled everything and spent hours trying to fix my pc because Microsoft services wouldn’t work on my network. Again idk if it’s related but it was a headache. I had to reset proxy’s and a few other things for it to work

how do I delete the webcache? I can't even find a folder called MGS test app 6... What am I missing

game crashes everytime that i'm on custom games map details. cannot load modes neither maps. i think that 343 is far more fast fixing this things than the game itself. EDIT: so i found out that i stays on a continuous loading but if i move the arrows it changes menus. if u open the mode or map details game crashes. trying different ways.

Says I'm offline and I can't get in to any menu while offline.

Has anyone with Windows 11 got this to work? I feel like I've done everything with the only difference between me and surasia is the operating system. As far as I know, that's the only thing preventing me from getting in forge.

This didn't work for me, in the flight, it still just said campaign, and I even tried the normal version with an alt account, no option for forge, but ik I'm not suppose to click that, but following the steps for custom games just put me into a normal custom game match... also there's no forge gametype.

I’ve been doing the other method of just disconnecting my internet at the right time. The only difference I noticed is I don’t see as many maps nor do I see like the custom game menu should I try this method instead?

Surasia, when I try to access the links to the rules my browser wont let me access it. Is it something I can evade by simply using a different browser or is there something else I need to do? It's blocking it due to "safety" reasons supposedly.
