Just installed my pro-formance parts kit. I went from a 10.0-12.0lb pull to consistent 5lbs and that number will likely drop as I get her lubed. Can you believe I perform the installation of all the parts and upgrades in about an hour and I got hung up on the bolt safety. Being left-handed I kept putting the damn thing in backwards or upside down. Getting it out and then re-aligning it a couple times before I finally got it right. Anyways, that was the slowest factor in this build was definitely the sea clips on the crossbolt safety. I also installed the flat face trigger and brother let me tell you it runs

I have a P11 barrel thats parkerized all over including the feed ramp and chamber. I noticed the parkerized feed ramp is a bit rough and sticky to the nose of bullets. How do you feel about polishing that with the kit?

I took chrome polish and a 3 foot long length paracord and just rub it until it’s polished took about 5 minutes.....

Buffer and sights next! My s2k will be dripping in Mcarbo parts.

Are there other internal parts of the Sub2k I should consider polishing? Maybe parts of the bolt carrier assembly?

I'd put it in a desktop vice...save my fingers!

Maybe have a pre-polished as an add on option.. charge an extra $10-$15, just a thought.. that way they would not have to do everyone of them..

does't using 600 grit sandpaper makes it easier to get the machining marks out and then polishing?

How can you tell if you are over polishing? Can you damage the feed ramp if you do over polishing?

If you sell feed ramps; what aren't they sold already polished? Buying your feed ramps and then having to buy your feed ramp polishing kit seems to be "double dipping" the customer........

Don't polish your feed ramp. Only if you have failure to feed or failure to extract issues should you polish your feed ramp in any way in my opinion. Remember the last three words I just said
