So would you recommend catching the board with your front foot, like along the outer edge of the front foot? It looks like that what's happening here. I need to work on keeping the board under me more and getting the back foot on sooner. Thank you for the instruction, it is greatly appreciated.
This trick is a frustrating one because everyone says it is one of the first tricks you learn after the ollie and 180 ollie. It's really not easy though imo. I'm sure one day when I learn it I might look back and think it is easy... I hope so anyway.
I think the most interesting thing is that how u should THINK when u start trying new trick. Skateboarding is quite mental and in the same time many things are very individual. So it would be grate if u could do a series of videos on that matter. May be on some trick u never ever tried or may be just try to remember how it was. Obviously u do show ur thought process in skatehacks, but this i mean in more general way, how to spot ur own mistakes, how to understand the difference and importance of foot and body positions and so on. I would really appreciate that, and thx for what u doing anyway, keep going.
A lot of That is just being conscious and aware. Being able to think about it and the process and then actually going out and executing it without thought
Don't quit on us now man! Love your videos. Maybe you could explain in more detail how to keep the backside body rotation going in BS tricks? All the sports I've done in my life have forced me to always go the frontside way and just can't make my shoulders keep rotating through BS tricks, I somehow end up in a half-way-twist :) Cheers!
I’ve always struggled with this simple trick. My board tends to flip and lands upside down. I’ve found that by doing it as a pop shuv tail grab can be easier
MAKE A VIDEO ON ANKLE INJURIES !!! i’ve been suffering from a hurt ankle for the past year and i don’t wanna quite skating but i cannot keep skating like this
Warm up your ankles before skating, buy good shock absorbing insoles for your shoes, and stretch your ankles after a skateboard session. Maybe even ice it after a session if it hurts. But if it keeps hurting after every session I would recommend taking a break for a week or so.
i would love a pressure flip video. If you already did, sorry. I cant get them properly, I know how to do them but I fail to jump with my back foot after the scoop. Damned trick..
man. put some ads in your videos. i know its hard to explain skate tricks. have urself rewarded. we will watch any ads you put to support this channel. cheers!
please do a bs nosegrind skate hack, but not the way when you used the enter of the ledge, because i want to learn them on a curd without enter. i really want to leaned this way on hubba without enter!
I was making way to much of this trick before. Pop/scoop and use the front to guide and catch then land and roll away. After video I just told myself, "focus on the pop" and the rest took care of it self. Another awesome breakdown.🤙
can you make a detailed video on how to stick to landing a kickflip for ppl who've been skating for a while. I have the flick down for the most part but can't keep my front foot on the board after flicking.
I would like to have a bs feeble or fs Smith tutorial, i have the problem with those that my board keeps on going to primo or like a weird heelflip out i have watched every single trick tip on RU-vid for those and none of them cover that issue. Anyway keep up the good work you are amazing at explaining tricks!
I would definitely like to see the more advanced stuff, but what could be beneficial to the viewers is a tutorial on how to bail out of grinds, airs, or stairs; basically a bail tutorial. Keeping killing it, man!
I remember doing a shove it stationary on flat ground (without the pop). Landed primo, sprained both of my wrists and I stopped doing that trick completely lol 😢
Something no one ever covers is tricks out of a driveway you know where it's like a little ramp you could do things like early grab Ollie's old school jump ramp tricks like a method air
Could you do a Skate Hack of how to catch 360 flip with the front foot? I know you already did some tips to improve that trick and even some videos doing the front foot catch, but never how to actually do that. I am trying really hard and somehow I find it really difficult to do that, :)
thanks! would suggest to give a try to not hanging off the toes at all for more control… looking forward to a tip on nollie heels or proper nollies in general.
For some reasons I'm better at Nollie and Switch shuvs than normal and fakie ones (beside of normal fs shuv) Has anyone had this issue before and know how to fix it? I can't seem to be able to break through it
hi man and thanks for your contant.(i m french). (suggestion)a moove i would like to learn is sliding on the ground like some skaters do to control their speed on the ground.it s very stlylish and class i think! thanks 4 your channel.Peace
