In this tutorial I wanted to demonstrate step by step how to get your Rollo Thermal Label Printer or Xprinter or any other thermal printer (Dymo 4xl, or Labelwriter 450 Turbo etc) set up for printing the Amazon FBA product FNSKUs. Feel free to shoot any questions below =)

I have been beating my head against the wall, trying to figure out how to get sku labels to print properly on my new Arkscan printer. I have posted the question in a couple of different FB groups (including the green room), and even called Amazon.... with no answers. I was beginning to think I'd have to get out my old inkjet printer just for sku labels. But I saw you had a tutorial, I set it for Rollo, and VIOLA!!!!!!! It converted for my Arkscan perfectly! I was up and running in less than 5 minutes. You totally rock. Love your videos. Thanks so much!!!!

Thank you. Great job. Currently I use Windows 7 pro. My printer is a Xprinter XP-DT108B Label. In our case, we set the printer preference from: Control Panel/Hardware and Sound/Devices and Printers. Make sure you assign a new "Preset Name".

Can you please tell me how I can use the barbell tags in the rollo - I use these for jewelry products. Thanks so much. Label specs: Size: the unfolded length of rectangular jewelry tags is 2.36 inch/ 6 cm and the width is 0.47 inch/ 1.2 cm; When the 2 ends are put together, the length is 1.18 inch; The size is suitable, and when you use it, it won't affect the appearance of the item.

I've followed the video but my barcodes come out really thin like its a line. I've also tried cropping an image of the barcode into the label so the barcode comes out fine but the writing at the bottom is then cut short. i have a brother 810w any workaround?

Yes it will work with any label printer, make sure you calibrate the printer to the labels.

The extension is active and shows the green checkmark when on Amazon's site, but then when it opens the labels, it's not trimmed down and doesn't print right.

Using Brother QL1100 - I save a single FNSKU as a PDF, then screen shot just that piece of it (Shift+Command+4 on keyboard for MacOS), then create an image box using P-Touch Editor, paste the saved FNSKU screenshot and print away using a 62mm x 29mm preset labels. I use Edge and this doesn't require an extension. Cheers.

thecollegepicker Big boi warehouses and stuff have the option to sell directly to amazon as a vendor. Some distributors who have a very short lead time also can get away with vending. It’s a large catalog operation but where most of these warehouses fail is the prep when dealing with toys, “adult stuff,” heavy items. Labeling junk and opaque bagging things. Prep for vending is very similar to prep for FBA. 🤙🏾🤙🏾

Hello! I recently purchased the zebra LP2844 and I already installed it in my imac. I sell products on Etsy, and I was about to print one label, but the Etsy shipping labels come horizontally. I have this issue now, where I dont know how to flip the label to be able to print it in the 4x6 label. Can anyone please help me with this issue? I'd really appreciate it.

Hi you have to go into Etsy and change the shipping setting to 4x6. The next label will be in 4x6. Your horizontal are essentially printing a reduced 8.5x11 shrunken down.

Thank you for posting this. It got me pretty far, but after I got the "Rollo Labels" button added to my FNSKU page, i keep getting this error: "Page expired. The label could not be downloaded. Please, refresh the page or re-login into the website." I have logged out of seller central and back in. I have logged out of rollo and back in. I have no idea what the issue is. I know you arent tech support. lol... but IF you have any clue, let me know. Thanks

I am not clear on the 4:24 calculator the conversion I need to do is from Millimeters to Inches? this can work: www.metric-conversions.org/es/longitud/pulgadas-a-milimetros.htm

It may vary by country how the system is setup but you need to convert mm to inches or inches to decimals of an inch. Such as 1 1/4'' would be 1.25 for the print dialogue that I was showing.

@@thecollegepicker yeah I’m in the US. I have reached out but they weren’t able to solve the problem but are aware of the issue. They gave me 30 day trail for some label resizing program. I ended up just purchasing a dymo for my sku labels

Dang, sorry to hear that. Maybe they are going to start charging for the service and have inactivated something in the extension.
