Hello, a chevroet Sail 2024 witch procedure should use? the only key left dont have any engrave, is a HU100 key, with chip, someone read with xhorse tool (no clonable)
Chevy Silverado 2003 Cranks, no start. Installed cam shaft sensor, PCM, crank shaft sensor, relay, master window switch, after fuel filter and fuel lines. The security light goes out a second after turning key on. Does my key have a transponder chip? Seems that truck does not recognize the key? No 5 volt reference at PCM and no ignition pulse. Note: security light does not stay on for ten minutes but goes out quickly during key learn. Tried to bypass security passlock system then (tried), replaced wiring to factory but will not run.
OK I am trying to do this to a PK 3 system. (2001 Grand Prix} What it does is I turn the key on, and look for the security light, the light comes on, but only stays on for 2.5 seconds. I did 3 10 minuet key on, off for 5 seconds cycles, but it didn't work. Key variable here is, my security light comes on, but immediately goes off after 2.5 seconds? What might be causing this?
No, This is the process for those that need to replacement the ECU if it failed and relearning the key to the replacement ECU. If just adding a new key there is a simple process for that.
I got a 1999 Suburban with a 5.7L C1500 and the key doesn't have the PK3 nor the visible chip. It does have the black plastic. What it might be? I did find the VATS box.. Thanks for the help.
Hello Jose, you may not see any visible signs if the key is replaced with an aftermarket lower-end key, however, I have checked your 99 Suburban and that vehicle uses the PASSLOCK system. My 2006 trailblazer has no chip and key has nothing on it, no pk3 no plus sign? nothing on the key, should it just start without performing this procedure ? Thanks
Same here with my 2006 envoy! No markings, no resistor. No crank, no start, I replaced the starter and the ignition switch. Im going to take apart the shift solenoid tomorrow and see if that needs to be cleaned. It won't give my key back. I just read my codes and it spat out a bunch for different TCM voltages. Not sure how that could cause the issues I stated above though.
@@nicksshitbro Faulty ground? TCM Voltage codes,? and you have an extreme voltage issue; like zero to the starter. I don't have any wiring diagrams, but I don't think its out of the realm of possibility to think that the TCM would need to communicate with the ECM before power is allowed to the ignition. You need to research how to tell if those codes are active or stored, because the answer to your troubles are in any active codes. Understand that those codes are just a piece of a puzzle that you have to research, I know so many people who think that they are telling you to buy that part and put it on. Sometimes you do, and sometimes you don't. But a multi meter is $10 and I have never seen something that stumped me, that I couldn't find the answer to online. I had an 09 TB with 386k miles on original motor and trans for 10 years before I was T-boned. I went and bought a 06 that I have now, i'm very familiar with these trucks. When the battery dies on these, the ignition will not release the key. If your battery is charged and your key is stuck, then your ignition dosent know that. Search here www.trailvoy.com/ or ask there. There is no other source of information better about these trucks. Learn how to read the codes correctly, and you will be able to troubleshoot anyones car.

i have a 03 grand am,the key looks like pk3 but it has no markings on the key it has the round black plastic on the head of the key but will not relearn.,,,,what am i do wrong? i got the ecm from flagship thursday and tried this week end but` didnt reconize the keys and the havent got any word back from flag ship about what to do.,
06 impala Battery is good , starter is good. Some of the accessories work but not all of them, windows will not roll down keyfob doesn't work,radio doesn't come on. Car won't start(won't durn over) any idea what the problem could be?
Most of the accessories you mentioned are controlled by the BCM (Body Control Module) Could be as simple as a fuse or relay not necessarily the BCM. The PCM controls the engine and transmission functions mainly.
I purchased a new ECM from All Computer Resources and put it in yesterday and mine now also has no crank and when I go to do the relearn procedure the security lights goes off about a second after I turn the key on......I have a 2007 Suburban 4wd 5.3....PLEASE HELP!!

@@acr I have done the procedure multiple times...the security light goes off with all the other lights right after i let go of the key to begin each 10min stage....It still will not start. Now, that said, it will crank once but not fire, and then it wont crank or make any sounds at all if you try to crank it again right after....if you turn the key off for about 3 or 4 minutes, try to start it and itll crank but not fire, then wont do it again for 2-4 minutes with key off, then itll let you do it one more time, then nothing for a couple few minutes again, and so on...... I ordered this from you guys I have called the tech support and asked at least three times for someone to please call me and I got an email back telling me to do what I just told em I had already done multiple times and then haven't got anything back since Friday.. I need to get this truck going or I'm going to lose my job... Will somebody from ACR please call me ASAP please?
@@CourtBass34 Hello, as I mentioned in our previous response, this is NOT the correct video to watch for your vehicle. I would suggest disconnecting the battery for 30 min and then following the correct procedure. If you still have issues you can continue working with the tech team and be sure that you give them as much information as you can so they can help you determine the appropriate steps to take.

@@acr And I have not gotten any response from the tech team since Friday and all that email said was for me to do what I had already stated twice I had done and asked them to call me several times. I have yet to receive a call or reply email. I replied back a couple times Friday, a couple times over the weekend and again today and still nothing.
i been trying to do this for while now, everything seems to be going good w the light turning off around the 10min mark and after i done it the third time the truck still doesnt want to start and light comes back again, how do i fix this?
It all depends on the year, make and model. Every manufacturer, year range, and model differs. Most require calibration and programming before installation, which we are equipped to handle.
So what if the security light is on for a second then instantly turns off in the on position on a brand new pcm? Should i have engaged the anti theft system by pressing lock door button then shutting door waiting till doors locked then use key to get in?
Brendon, typically a new PCM will not have the VIN and calibration needed to properly run the vehicle. At ACR, we match the correct part, flash update the correct calibration and program the VIN so there is a seamless installation. The door locking as you mentioned wouldn't have a role in this procedure. If the security light turns off this could be an indication that the vehicle is not in security safe mode. Also be sure you are following the correct procedure for your vehicle (watch the first minute of this video), and that the PCM is properly programmed.
Yea i got the computer from a place called flagship one they stated the PCM is programmed and flashed to my vin number with the latest updates. I followed the directions correctly to the point of the security light not staying on for 10 mins and turning off after is there something i should do or should i get a new PCM? The new one i got looks brandnew of course i have no way of testing it to see if its properly flashed and programmed unless i go to the dealership

Its a 2007 chevy malibu LT 2.4l ive been spending days on the web trying to find the right information but its not easy. Ordered the computer i followed ur instructions on the install and i tried to follow one of ur videos on the key relearn but the security light goes on then istantly off when i release key to on position so im left with i bought a faulty unit or theres something i need to do. @@brendonmazzola1982 Brendon, The 2007 Malibu is security type PK3+. This is a different procedure than the one outlined in the current video. I would suggest disconnecting your battery for 30 min (system reset) and follow the instructions on the video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KkJALLMxayc.html - Pay extra close attention to where its mentioned on how to turn the key in that video. So I have a 1993 Buick LeSabre custom, would this procedure be the same for my car? I’ve read on the internet that any car made before 1996 you do not have to program the new/used ecu but my car key has the chip on it. I have my ecu coming in the mail and I’m just trying to get prepared for when it comes in and I have to change it? Thank you
2016 Chevy Cruze VIN 1G1PE5SB4G7109681. Car was running poorly and Had o2 heater control codes. Followed diagnostic chart and ended up Replacing ECM with good u it from Ebay. I have to get it vin programmed. Local GM dealership wants to charge me 250 to 300 to do it. And he said it might not even take it but Id still have to pay the fee. Is these anyway you could do it, or would I have to purchase another one already programmed?

during the 10mins I heard lots of clicking/ sounds like injectors and air control valves- and the fuel pump relay is clicking away! very random........ might be after a few mins into the 10 min period. Thoughts? I didnt stay with the process through the entire 30min since something might be wrong................... thanks
@@acr I got it resolved. Turns out it was a new (but cheap) faulty CKP sensor! once I unplugged it - all the random sparking, etc went away. I put in a quality new AC Delco CKP sensor. Also, did the security key relearn...... remember to turn only to ON from cranking, not all the way (off), which doesnt work. I had to do this step about 8 times before I figured it out. WOW- what a process! thanks

@@devonplays5769 my PROBLEM: i was turning my key all the way (off): far left............ instead of simply moving off the (on, before start) position. I had to do the process many times until i figured this out- took me many hours.

i just got a new ECU from you and Ive installed. My 2002 GMC Savana key has no markings - it looks like the PASSKEY 3 but might be the 3 plus. Any way to look up? again, there are no markings on this one key. thanks!

HINT: i was turning the KEY all the way off........ and then back to ON position....VS simply moving off of cranking to ON. 3X process finally worked! after trying about 8 times........ w batt disconnnect sessions in between, et al. / might be good to alert others, include in directions. This depends on many factors and also what type of module installed and how that module was programmed and calibrated. The PCM however, does not control the theft system in these GM vehicles so you may be experiencing issues or faults with the PK system. Sometimes its as minimal as a bad fuse but we cannot say for sure in your application.
@@acr I looked in the fuse box and all fuses are good unless there is another fuse somewhere? AC Delco I think it says on it and it’s a plug&play it came from the states to Saskatchewan Canada 🇨🇦 and I’m just fixing for this older lady who is my neighbour so not sure where she bought it from. @@babyguboo5582 We would be able to troubleshoot and assist if we knew the specifics on how the PCM was programmed or the part was purchased from us. Since you mentioned it was an AC Delco part / Plug and Play it's most likely not calibrated which would require a subscription and a pass-thru device. I would suggest getting more details about the part that was purchased instead of sending you down a troubleshooting rabbit hole.
