As the second installment in our Combine Crusher Series, we have the 5-10-5 Pro Agility.

Whether you are a football, basketball, soccer, or other athlete, the Pro Agility will typically be the number 1 drill coaches and scouts alike use to test your ability to change direction on a linear plane.
.
There IS a right way to run this agility drill that can shave tenths off of your time and help you to catch the eyes of scouts and coaches alike. We break it down for you step by step in this short video from the stance and start, to the first 5 yards, the next 10, and the final 5 it's all here.

This progression consists of 6 total drills to progress through. We recommend implementing each one at a time, week to week, with your athlete or team. When done properly it's a great natural progression into running the full 5-10-5 Pro Agility on the day of your showcase or combine.

Here's the breakdown:
0:10 - intro
0:55 - Stance and Start (Drill 1)
1:57 - 5 + Pause (Drill 2)
3:13 - 5 + 5 (Drill 3)
3:54 - 5+10 (Drill 4)
5:22 - Alternating Cut 25's (Drill 5)
7:11 - Full 5-10-5 (Drill 6)
